International Association of Theatre Critics (IATC) with the support of the Maribor Theatre Festival
As part of the International Association of Theatre Critics’ highly successful seminar programme, young theatre critics from around the world are invited to Maribor to engage in critical discussion about the work onstage at this year’s Festival and in cultural exchange about theatre and theatre criticism in their countries. The young critics will work in two language groups, one in English, the other in French. The seminar is monitored by experienced critics Mark Brown (British member of the IATC executive committee and Adjunct Director of IATC seminars) and Philippe Du Vignal (former director of the Chaillot Theatre School in Paris).
